One of the efforts to assemble high yielding varieties is use a chemical mutation method, such as colchicine. The objective this study was examine phenotypic appeal lily convinced by colchicine acquire current application and interval period for soaked research steered in investigational place Institute Vegetable Research (IIVR) at Tongkoh, Sub-District Dolat Rakyat, District Karo, North Sumatera, Plant Tissue Culture Laboratory, Agriculture Faculty, Universitas Sumatera Utara, from July 2019 up March 2020. castoff Randomized Block Design technique (Factorial-RBD) two factorials, i.e.: (0, 100, 200, 300 ppm) time (3, 6, 9, 12 h). constraint experimental plant tallness, span bud after flourishing, width bloom. outcome indicated concentration hip ppm (K3) devours pointedly influenced on tallness first week until sixth weeks when planting 100 (K1) has considerably size flowering
